Responsible for product market research, studying the technological development trend of endoscopy market, understanding the usage habits of end-customers, demand, competitive situation and market resources;
Participate in product design and development, carry out pre-product planning, clinical validation and evaluation, and work closely with the R&D team for process development and pre-market evaluation;
Taking the product as the core, efficiently promote the R&D, registration and production departments to work closely together to ensure that the product is launched on time and with high quality;
Responsible for product training for downstream product personnel and sales staff, participating in the FAB development process, planning and developing new product introduction plans and product life cycle;
Develop product iteration plan;
Competitor research: study competitors' product line composition and their strengths and weaknesses, pricing strategy, after-sales service, etc.
Tenure Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in clinical medicine or related majors;
More than 2 years of relevant work experience in medical device industry, digestive endoscopy nursing background and medical clinical work experience is preferred;
Have a clear idea of product transformation, strong logic, self-learning ability and sense of responsibility;
Good communication and teamwork skills, strong ability to identify and solve problems;
Excellent master's degree or PhD candidates are also welcome
